CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations are entertained for any booked consultation at www.crunchandcheer.com. We do not accept cancellation requests once you checked out and made the payment through Payment Gateway or UPI. For any disputes, please reach out to us at crunch.cheer@gmail.com

REFUND POLICY

All Packages are Non-Refundable, and once started can’t be postponed or cancelled. No refunds will be issued at all in case of cancellation of your consultation after payment.

We may ask for some of your personal and medical information, such as your name, contact number, height & weight, medical reports, medical history etc concerning your health & lifestyle for providing you with the right diet solution. We understands your privacy concerns & all information is kept confidential.

We collect information through online forms or questionnaires and during consultation. All information collected at our end is only for understanding your health and illness.

You are free to decline any information requested through us, with the knowledge that we may be incapable to provide you with some of your needed services without the complete information required at our end.

We will seek your approval before sharing your feedback as testimonials / success story on our website or social media handles. You have all rights to decline any such request from our end.
