Hi Everyone, I am Bharathy. I started my weight loss journey in the month of February 2024. I’m grateful for all the inputs from Asiya and Team. I had bad days when I could do anything. They both encouraged me to keep going. I still struggle to follow the plan and other things due to many reasons. But I’m slowly getting there. I believe my sugar levels are well managed especially with Inositol supplement. I’m happy to have that knowledge. Also, my mental clarity is good when compared to when I started.. I’m able to concentrate and think clearly than before.. my weight loss is slow but I’m grateful for the progress I have had so far. Hii Asiya mam and team.I am blissful to share my experience of the last three months.As i took 3 months plan and under the guidance of you i am able to lose 7 kg weight in 2 and half months as well as got periods after 4 months. Moreover,the length of my hair also increased and I noticed a reduction in hair fall.Full credit goes to the crunch and cheer team.I hope i will lose 1 to 2 kg more in the next 15 days and will continue my journey for next three months more.Thanku once again team🤗

I joined back in October 2023. Used to see Asiya mam videos on instagram and that when I decided that i needed to come under her guidance. The first call I spoke to her was life changing. She was the first human to be honest to tell me everything is not in my head not everything was my fault. Being a dentist its been stressful she understood my professional challenges. Asiya maam you said its okay and it was something no one ever told me . My cycle used to last for 80days now its reduced down to 40. Even when i am not able to follow my routine she says its okay never does she say you are not doing what you are supposed to. I am really grateful to her and my husband as well. He has been trying his level best to understand me and my emotions and my cry spells , not able to get out of bed days. I still have so much to do and continue trying to do so. So that I can be a better person and a healthier one. This picture is from my birthday yesterday everyone said I was glowing and had seen changes in me.

Hi everyone, hope you all are doing great. Want to share wonderful 1-month experience I had with Crunch and Cheer team. I’m pleased to say that I’ve lost almost 4 kgs with the amazing diet plan provided by Asiya mam. It wasn’t only well balanced and delicious but also curated in such an easy eating window that preparing these amazing meals doesn’t interrupt my other schedules in a day. I was worried to reduce my weight bcoz for the first 15 days, there was no any change in my weight but feel pleasure to say that I reduced my weight from 66 to 61 only in last 15 days... Hi everyone, it’s been one and a half months of doing this. I feel healthier inside. This program gives me confidence that i can fulfill the commitments I made to myself. Yes, it was not easy initially, but whenever I felt like giving up, I reminded myself of the reason for starting this and now it has become a part of my life and I don't feel like that I'm doing something extra and honestly, I'm enjoying this phase of my life.
