Thank you for your help and support. Even though I couldn’t do a full diet or exercise because of my work schedule. I can see lots of visible changes in last 3 months. Got periods in last 2 months, reduced bloating, reduced cravings, started loving myself. All because of you both 🫶🏻. And I am sorry that I didn’t update you regularly. For now I am just taking a break as I have more work commitments. But I will follow the diet and exercises without fail. Thank you once again for the support. ♥️

Hii Asiya mam and team.I am blissful to share my experience of the last three months.As i took 3 months plan and under the guidance of you i am able to lose 7 kg weight in 2 and half months as well as got periods after 4 months.
